Flagpole Fun at the SendMe Plantation

It started with a notice dropping through the door of a farm sale due to take place at Havelock Farm in nearby Ardingly. Amongst the usual items listed – lawnmowers, tyres, boxes of nails and bits of old chain – Farmer Tom saw something that caught his eye:

Two weeks later, and it’s taken pride of place at the end of the Goddenwick Farm lane. We’re going to be busy designing a new SendMe flag, and we’ll be putting other ones up for special occasions throughout the year. We’re also planning to plant a large Norway Spruce at the end of the lane. Watch the full story in the video above.
