Christmas Tree Delivery in London

The capital is - unsurprisingly - our number one delivery destination for our Christmas trees. With our HQ and main farm based just 30 minutes south of the M25, we're one of the closest Christmas tree farms to London and vans will be zipping up from our farm every day from mid-November to deliver our fresh-cut Christmas trees across the city.

Christmas in London

Recycling options

When the time comes to say goodbye to your beloved tree, most, but not all, councils in London will either collect your Christmas tree or set up several drop-off points. There’s a really handy guide here to check the options in your area. There are also private collection options right across the capital.

Christmas in London

What’s not on? Here’s our top 3:

  1. Everyone will tell you to visit Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park – and you should. It’s a H-U-G-E Christmas market, but really, it’s much more than that. Over 200 chalets, an ice-skating rink, circus performances, a giant ferris wheel, all sorts of rides and more festive food and drink than you could shake a cinnamon stick at. But, be warned, it’ll be busy as heck and you’ll go ho-ho-home with an empty wallet.
  2. Ice Ice Ice-skate Baby! Winter brings a slew of pop-up ice rinks across the capital, with popular options at the Tower of London and the Natural History Museum. Our personal favourite for a picturesque pirouette, though, has to be Skate at Somerset House – which usually opens up from mid-November.
  3. Put on your best winter coat and head to the West End. London is famous for its world-class theatre productions and during the festive season, you can catch seasonal shows and pantomimes, fun for all the fam.

Eye on the markets

Apart from the mega-market at Winter Wonderland, you can get your festive shopping fix at the Southbank Centre Winter Market, Leicester Square Christmas Market, and the Christmas by the River market at London Bridge.

Did you know..?

The world's first commercial Christmas card was printed in London in 1843. The card was designed by John Callcott Horsley and commissioned by Sir Henry Cole. It featured a picture of a family gathered around a Christmas tree, and it was sent to over 1,000 people. The Christmas card was a huge success, and it quickly became a popular tradition around the world. Today, billions of Christmas cards are sent each year, and they are an important part of the Christmas celebrations for many people.
